Confessions on a Dance Floor is the tenth studio album by American pop singer Madonna, that was released in November, 2005. The album co-produced by Stuart Price in collaboration with Mirwais Ahmadzaï, Bloodshy & Avant and Bagge & Peer shot in the world of pop music and made of the world people dance together.

Madonna’s promotional campaign of the album Confessions on a Dance Floor used 1-888-2-CONFESS hotline, where callers made their confessions. The interest to the album was high, Madonna’s fans had the sound pleasure in view and their anticipations were satisfied. The new album became Madonna’s new huge success in the whole world. Confessions on a Dance Floor is like a journey and many of the songs have great and deep lyrics. The album included Madonna’s super hits such as Hung Up and Sorry, which became really international.

Hung Up is the recognizable Madonna’s single released in October 2005. Inspired by the 1970s disco era Hung Up music calls the one to the dance floor. She was nominated for five MTV Video Music Awards for her video Hung Up. She was nominated for "Best Album of the Year", "Best Pop", and "Best Female Artist" at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2006. In 2006 Madonna won sumless quantity of different awards. Her music won recognition from the public and became recognizable among any other.
